- Contact us by phone, email, through the form on the website, or visit us at one of our offices.
Brief
- Fill out a short form.
- Include the location map of the project/stand and a 3D visualization if you have your own.
- Let’s meet in person or online so we can understand your expectations better and answer any questions you may have.
Project and Offer
- If you have your own project, we will prepare the offer within 5 business days.
- Our concept with 3D visualization and offer we will prepare for you within 10 business days.
- You have impact on every stage of the 3D project creation, and if at any point you decide to change the concept, we will create a second version of the 3D visualization for free.
Project Discussion and Agreement
- A dedicated Project Manager will discuss every detail of the project with you so that there are no surprises during the project execution on-site.
- We confirm materials, finalize the offer, and discuss the terms of cooperation.
- Contracts are drafted by attorneys to protect all parties involved.
Planning and Production
- We prepare comprehensive technical documentation, obtain permissions, order all services from the event organizer on your behalf after prior confirmation with you.
- You get regular photo reports from each stage of project execution.
- We also invite you to visit our production hall, where your project becomes reality.
Transport and Set Up
- We guarantee 24/7 contact with the Project Manager during set up on the showsite.
- We work with trusted suppliers who stick to schedules and deliver the highest quality products.
Service and Dismantling
- We offer a dedicated service technician for the stand and AV elements on prior agreement.
- 24/7 contact with the Project Manager.
- Photo report after stand dismantling.
